For this project the objective was to redesign our school’s handrails in a creative and resolutive way. Organised in groups of 5 or 6 people we had to think of a handrail that both plays with textures and materials and also motivates a sensorial experience (although touch is the obvious answer the idea could also play with the rest of the senses). During this project we received the help of the Italian architect and designer Fabrizio Pierandrei.
